You will be surrounded by thousands of wheels! After tasting Parmigiano cheese accompanied with Lambrusco wine, we will discover the true Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, visiting a producer and his lovely attic where hundreds of casks are sheltered…

Once learned and well informed about the Black Gold of dukes Este, We will taste it according to the season, on cheese, eggs or vanilla ice cream. Possibility to by some traditional Balsamic vinegar from Modena DOP directly from the producer. This itinerary can be lead in half day tour.

What about adding local wines ?
On request, we can extend our epicurean tour right in the rolling hills around Bologna and visit an organic wine producer, with tasting and have a light lunch on a terrace enjoying local wine, cheeses and sausages, surrounded by vineyards an a natural park. The landscape is like a postcard from Tuscany BUT you are in Emilia Romagna, in a secret hamlet, dating back XII° C. The food is divine, the view is amazing, this is a very complete and relaxing day.
